• A residential home licensed for 2 to 6 adults who are not blood/marriage related to the person(s) providing care and services.

• Medicaid

• Private-pay

• Licensed by Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS)

• Specialty designations: Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Dementia

• Paid to provide personal care 24/7

• Not required to provide:

• Transportation

• 1:1 staffing*

• Awake staff*
